Working out with a personal trainer can be fun and Rose believes that life was meant to be enjoyed. This is why Rose strongly believes in incorporating exercise as a part of lifestyle. Initial assessments are done to determine the areas that need focus. She also integrates her coaching with her personal training to

Her ultimate goal is to improve health and longevity and give her clients a good quality of life especially in the golden years. Personal training services can be provided in the comfort of the client's home or workplace gym.  Rose is a Biomechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist. Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation notice or the session will be considered already paid.


Initial Consult = $75

Private Session = $80 per session (sessions are about 1 – 1.5 hr in length)


6 Sessions = $450 (discounted)

12 Sessions = $900 (discounted)

Group Sessions

Groups of 3- 4 persons = $30/person
