Week 2: Feeling Better

On January 25 - I weigh myself and text my best friend to tell her that I have lost
5 pounds and I am now at 155 pounds. One of my biggest suggestions in addition
to keeping track of your macronutrients is to enlist a friend or workout buddy.
Although she lives far away from me, we are doing the keto diet together. I
definitely feel an increase of energy and no carbohydrate cravings. It is so amazing
to know that I can eat a homemade beef burger with cheese and use romaine
lettuce leaves as a bun.
