Protein Pumpkin Spiced Latte


1 scoop Cellucor cinnamon swirl protein powder

½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

½ cup hot coffee or 1 tsp. coffee substitute in ½ cup boiling water

2 Tbsp. pumpkin puree

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 packets of stevia

¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice


Blend protein powder with almond milk.  Add pumpkin puree and blend. Stir in vanilla, stevia and pumpkin pie spice.  Pour into mug.  Add hot coffee or substitute such as Roma with boiling water.  Put in the microwave for 1 minute for a nice frothy top. Add whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.
